Shipping & Returns


For qualifying items on orders of $99 or more (Exceptions may apply).

Free Shipping on Orders of $99 or more: Simply look for the logo  to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store when spending $99 or more. If the items in your order qualify for "Free Shipping," total of $99 or more, your order ships FREE! Please note that NOT all items qualify for free shipping (exclusions may apply). For items that qualify for free shipping, the order must total $99 or more after promotional discounts have been deducted.
Free Shipping Under $99: Please note that all Majestic Pet Products and Pet ID Tags qualify for free shipping regardless of price. Other select items may also qualify for free shipping and is typically posted on the product page.

Free Shipping Exclusions: Life's Abundance products and heavy or odd size items DO NOT qualify for free shipping and may use a different rate than the standard "U.S. Shipping Rate (CONUS)" as outlined below.
  • Life's Abundance products have separate shipping rates as posted on the Life's Abundance website - click on the Life's Abundance product order form or go to to see rates during checkout. See below for PetProMart shipping methods and rates. Estimated Shipping charges will be displayed in your Shopping Cart and during Checkout.
Discounts & PromotionsTaking advantage of store discounts and promotions will help offset shipping costs. For example, if you spend $35 or more, you can save 5% to 15% (depending on the promotion at the time of purchase). In addition, cashing in on "Rewards" also help offset cost. Please note that store discounts and promotions DO NOT apply to Life's Abundance products.
U.S. Shipping Rate (CONUS.)
Price Banded Fixed Rate Method: $0-$98.99
Shipping rate is  determined by the price banded fixed rate method from $0-$98.99; this way you will know exactly what your shipping cost is.  The table below outlines the U.S. Price Band Shipping Rates:
We typically provide promotional discounts from 5 to 15% off your item order net total, provided you spend at least $35 or more.  This will help offset product price and/or your shipping cost.  In addition, if you spend at least $99 or more, your shipping is free with most items (Exceptions may apply*).  We highly encourage taking advantage of these promotions to help offset your shipping costs.
Free Shipping exclusions may apply to heavy or odd size shipments. Life's Abundance Products have separate shipping rates.
If large or odd size products need to be shipped FOB/freight, customer will be responsible for freight charges. We will provide a quote for these items. Customer will need to pay the freight bill in order to receive the item(s). 
*Typical shipping methods used:
UPS/Fed Ex Shipping (Third Party Shipping):
United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and District of Columbia)
  • Ground (Typically 1 - 5 days) can take 6 -10 days depending on your location and/or weather conditions.
Note: Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
USPS (Third Party Shipping):
Certain items, primarily pet apparel, may arrive via Priority Mail and typically take 1-4 days (not including processing time). 

Additional Fixed handling charge:
Certain items that are heavy or odd size packages may have higher shipping cost than outlined in the table above. For items that require a freight carrier (FOB), we will provide a quotation for freight cost. Customer assumes all responsibility, once shipped from the distributor's dock, including carrier insurance and fright cost.  
We currently deal with multiple drop shipping warehouse locations; therefore, your items may ship separately and may arrive at different times. 

Orders typically ship within 24-72 hours of placement. If the order has products that need to be manufactured or back ordered, lead times can be up to 2 weeks until shipment. Some items may be shipped directly from a product manufacturer or by a third party. If this occurs, you may receive separate shipments of your order. Some items may be shipped directly from Amazon.

Our distributors and manufacturers make every attempt to ship orders from their warehouses within 24 hours. Some items. however, take longer to ship and generally will ship within 2-3 business days from the time it is ordered. Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

Retail customers are responsible to pay applicable state, and local sales tax to authorities in accordance with any and all applicable laws. As a convenience to our customers, PetProMart collects and remits the appropriate sales tax to the state and local authorities of California.  
Shipping Exclusions
The size and/or weight of some items or regulations may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. If an item cannot ship to your destination, you will be notified. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. We currently do not ship overseas or to U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or District of Columbia. You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. Repeat Delivery orders cannot be expedited. 
How do I return an item?

At PetProMart, LLC, we stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will make it right by offering you a solution that meets your needs, within the terms of our Return Policy and abiding by our Distributors' Policies.

If any item is received damaged, defective or is the wrong item, PetProMart will accept returns and pay any additional incurred costs. On most of our products, our vendors allow 15 to 30 day return policy for any reason, i.e., wrong size, wrong color, don't like it, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for used merchandise. If an item is returned used, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

If you need to return an item, please contact PetProMart at the Contact Us link at the bottom of the bottom of this page. Returns will either require us to send you a shipping return label and/or RMA number.

We have one vendor with great products, but unfortunately they have a strict return policy, so we are unable to accept returns for any reason. We can only accept returns from this vendor if the item is damaged, defective or is the wrong item. Items returned must be in unused condition. In addition, if the item is cancelled before it ships, there is a 20% restocking fee. 

We want you to know that PetProMart will do our very best to resolve any return requests. We ask in advance for your patience in resolving these matters. With this in mind, Petpromart is a dealer of multiple wholesale distributors that ship directly to our customers from multiple warehouses; therefore, from a single order that you place for multiple items, your merchandise may be shipped from different locations, shipped at different times, and may be packed separately by our vendors and their affiliates. Each wholesale distributor may have different return policies for different products depending on which distributor your merchandise was shipped from. Each of our distributors has there own policies and PetProMart must abide by them.

We ask that if for any reason you feel that you need to return an item, please contact our customer service immediately for more information on returning an item and we will do our very best to resolve the matter. Our decision will be on a case by case basis following the policies outlined. We will be flexible with these guidelines if it makes sense, as we value our customers and ultimately want you to walk away 100% satisfied with our effort.
