  I placed an order with Petpromart and had to make changes in the size of the harness I bought. They were very responsive and even explained how to measure my dog.   I ordered an engraved, slip-on, dog ID tag. What I received did not feel engraved, it was not a slip-on, the name of the font I chose was "engraved" on the tag.  Waste of money.  I emailed them twice for a refund or a replacement and got no response at all.
